Tantravaya is a an internationally respected yoga & ayurveda school offering trainings and immersions in Thailand, Hawaii & worldwide.
Our training method is uniquely effective since it is not limited to any "style", or blend of styles. Instead, it emphasizes universal principles of alignment and respect for individual differences within the context of yoga therapy, Ayurveda and yoga practices.

Tantravaya Immersions
These immersions provide those attending with the knowledge needed to build an appropriate daily practice of yoga based in Ayurvedic principles and human anatomy, all customized to each person's individual needs. The program also includes an introductory training in Nuad Buran Thai Yoga Massage, and is appropriate for current teachers and therapists as continuing education.
